Job Description:
We are looking for a Vendor Development Executive to join our event company and help us build strong, long-term partnerships with potential event vendors. This is a field-based role, requiring regular visits to vendors to negotiate and finalize collaborations. This job is for another unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and onboard potential event vendors (caterers, decorators, audio-visual teams, venues, etc.).
Build and maintain long-term business relationships with vendors.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements.
Ensure vendors meet quality and service expectations.
Conduct market research to expand the vendor database.
Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill event requirements efficiently.
Maintain records of vendor contracts and agreements.
Requirements:
Own a bike and a valid driving license (mandatory).
Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel frequently for vendor meetings.
Prior experience in vendor management, sales, or a similar field role is a plus.
